I have a 1998 jeep Xj limited and it needs a tune up. i was thinking of getting this from Amazon
ACCEL TST16 Ignition Tune Up Kit : Amazon.com : Automotive ACCEL TST16 Ignition Tune Up Kit : Amazon.com : Automotive
and the coil with ACCEL 140021AH Ignition Coil Adapter Harness
ACCEL 140021 Mopar Remote Super Coil : Amazon.com : Automotive ACCEL 140021 Mopar Remote Super Coil : Amazon.com : Automotive
or should i go with stock parts?

Don't bother with the Accel coil. Aftermarket coils tend to not last as long as their OEM counterparts. I'd pick that up from the dealer or online from a site that deals Mopar parts (I like rockauto.com)

The tune-up kit works well though, I'd recommend that. I use everything in that kit except for the plugs (I used Champion Coppers instead).

Got an Accel Kit on my 99 (plugs, wire set, cap and rotor) works great. Gapped the plugs to .35 I think. Paid $55 shipped from summit.

I've used champion plugs in the past and I have to say these are a tad bit better on a 99 at least. I also have, spectre cowl intake, and a glass pack
