If it's not cranking at all, try in neutral to see if it's the NSS. Any noise when you hit the key?

i also want to let y'all know we got over 3 feet of snow and i have no cover for my undercarriage so it might just be wet but i'm hoping for at least a easy fix or hopefully not a expensive one but i have been threw some rough snow with it before and this has never happened

Two things. First clean your battery connections, particularly if it has lots of blue salts on the terminals.

Second, yes you can open the hood. If there is enough cable showing, get a firm grip with vise grips and give it a yank. Then lubricate the mechanisms afterwards. If that doesn't work get back to us and I will explain how to remove the headlights and go that route
