Default My top fitting on my AC Condenser has just started leaking oil & refrigerant

I have a 1994 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L and my top fitting on my AC Condenser has just started leaking oil & refrigerant - is there any way to tighten it without pulling out the whole radiator & Condenser? I am thinking of cutting the sheet metal that is covered by the grill to easily get at it.

I just uploaded photos of top and bottom fittings - but the bottom fitting is fine -- it is just a better look at these fittings. I am starting to think about trying a plumbers' basin wrench. LOL

One more thing... I found this youtube of a GRAND Cherokee Radiator and AC Condenser Removal

Is it true that no one has ever just tighten these fittings and stopped their leak? If the o-rings are this old they are shot?

So, if I really must change both Low and High line -- my suction and discharge lines -- do I need to also change my dryer too? ...that is before I use a vacuum pump and refill... also should I pump out the condenser or anything?

The dryer and orifice tube are filters and not that expensive so may be a good idea to change them if u take the system down to replace o-rings. If u go that far, might as well pour some a/c flush in both the evap and cond and blow out with compressed air. Remove the compressor, turn upside down to drain old oil. Find oil spec and amount for your year, add 1/2 of the oil to the new drier and 1/2 to the compressor. Snug everything up and head to a a/c shop to have a vacuum pulled and correct amount of refrigerant added.
