Hi all I am new to the forum and have been over at pirate4x4 off and on for the last 10 years. Back in 2009 picked up my 3rd Cherokee 86,87 and now a 92 planning to get a 98-01 Cherokee soon for my wife. I started fixing the 92 of and on doing upgrades here and there and finally am ready to face my fears... The wiring... When I picked it up I got it for $850 through a lien sale because it had been totaled out.

Since then I have replaced the rear main seal because when I changed the oil I could watch it leak out just about as fast as I could pour it in. Replaced the clutch fan with a dual electric and put a rusty offload air intake on it. Unfortunately when I did that I got the grand idea to remove the emissions equipment and jimmy rig hooking stuff back together... Bright I know. I also run the 80's ford oil filter.

The people who had it before butchered the engine bay wiring and I had the stereo torn out and dash wiring everywhere.


So my first question for you guys is can someone take a picture of the stock ignition coil location for the 92 Cherokee? It was randomly mounted and swinging around before I bought it. And have no idea where it is supposed to go.
