It's most likely the track bar after I lifted mine it started popping when I turned right, didn't think much of it. It turned into every bump I hit I heard the noise. I purchased the IRO double shear adj track bar put it on and it stopped. Problem solved

Well I think I had two pops. After a long test drive I found it still does it occasionally but not nearly as much. Right now I'm running a rubicon express track bar with a heim joint and drop bracket frame side. As cruiser said I will be re torquing every bolt on the bracket tomorrow. I already did it but I was by myself and I need another hand to really do it right (wish I had my impact gun and compressor but they're at my parents house). I would like to get the double shear track bar and the reinforcing bracket but I'm short on $ at the moment. If torquing doesn't work I'm gonna replace the heim joint..... We will see where this goes.

Like I said.... Wish I had it. Pretty much a full shop my dad and I put together in the garage but its an hour drive. I might need an impact gun to get the stud out if the frame side mount though, that sucker is TIGHT! I'll just use my half drive torque wrench and have my gfs dad back me up on the majority of the bolts. And what was wrong with my English in my earlier post? Hater :-P haha

Do you have a front skid? I had a really loud bang when turning left while flexing and had no idea what it was, one day flexing I figured out the drag link was hitting the factory front skid (I bent it on a boulder)
EDIT: never mind, i see you figured it out.
