I've thought about that for a while. I replaced the hose that runs from the back pcv valve to the exhaust manifold. Forget what it's called. I've looked at everything but not seeing anything really. That's what it feels like. That or something with the spark!

Ok you guy's are going to eventually get sick of the questions lol. So I got the pcv /ccv valves put in, new grommets checked the hoses coming off them and cleaned the IAC. Also cleaned out throttle body really good! Seems like it's running super smooth. Rough idle seems to be slowed A LOT. My question is how would I KNOW IF I HAD A BLOWN HEAD GASKET? There would be major signs, right???

I've got a white 99 Cherokee Sport. I put 30×9.5 on it (Cooper Discover Stt). I really liked the chunky look to them. I wanted to go with 31's but figured I would need at least those 2" cup lifts (not sure exactly what there called)sorry lol. I got nervous debating on a lift. Go figure lol...!! I painted the factory wheels black and redone all the trim, fender flares and bumpers. Slowly but surely working on it!

help again
Sorry guy's it's been a while since I've posted. My father had a stroke so it's been hectic the past few weeks. Then yesterday started having some trouble with the Jeep in heavy traffic in downtown Nashville. Well I guess it started yesterday morning actually. I went to leave for work and was backing out of my driveway which has a (slight) incline and as I got to the top I noticed I had no pull and was rolling back down the driveway! So I chalked that up as maybe not having it fully in gear. Well yesterday afternoon I was coming home from Nashville and traffic was a beast and I noticed my back passenger wheel was vibrating really bad (never happened before) then started to feel like I was driving with the parking brake on (NO PULL) almost to the point where it wanted to stop the Jeep. Finally got it to a shop and my friend said transmission was cooked! Does this sound right ?

Not yet. On level ground with the engine running in Park, check the trans dipstick for fluid condition and level.

I did do that and it was a little low, maybe a quart but nothing major. My friend said it's been leaking for a while and I needed a tail shaft seal or something? But yesterday he and another mechanic guy said the transmission pan was so HOT it was unreal. So I'm not getting it! Why would my back wheel vibrate ? Would that make it feel like the parking brake was on ? Does this sound like transmission problems ?
