Its possible that the ecm is going out, or you have a bad wire too. Reading up on it suggests that you can have a bad wire from the ecm to the coil since it a two wire plug or even the pin into the ecm is not creating a good contact. Checking the ohms from the ecm plug pin to the coil pin could have a break. Also a scope will help to I know you said you have replaced both cam and crank sensors but a bad signal non square waveform could be a problem too. I know it might sound dumb but how close it your crank sensor wire to your manifold?

Check the crankshaft timing sensor. It's hard to get at and don't use one from autozone because it will likely not work correctly. This happened to mine and it was doing a lot of weird stuff including burning out the coil several times over a couple of years.
