the first pic is your t case rear output seal. very easy to replace. remove the drive shaft, and pop the old seal out with a big screw driver, or chisel from behind. pop the new seal in, a big socket the size of the seal is helpful to use to drive it into place.
the second pic is just grease around your u joint. doesn't look bad. check to see if your u joint is greasable, if it is, and you haven't greased it, shoot two shots of grease in it.

for the t-case output seal: i really need a "how to" on this the part about removing the drive shaft i now its something i need to know how to do.
what do i need to support (w/ jacks) if anything?, what size socket if known? do i lift the jeep?
sorry for so many questions but the haynes manual doesnt get into problems that might happen during the course of the task
oh and can i clean those caked up greasy suspension parts i.e u-joint and with what i would like to clean all the suspension so i can tell what needs replacing
thanks again

removing the d shaft is simple. on the axle side of the shaft ther's two straps. should be 10 mm socket i think. remove the two straps, and pry the d shaft towards the t case, it will move in and out by design. once the shaft is away from the axle it will simply slide out of the t case where the seal is. put a drain pan under the seal you're replacing, it will usually leak fluid.
replace the seal as described, and put the d shaft back and bolt the straps back on the axle yoke.
one of the simpler jobs to do.
