Default Need help asap. Right rear tail light assembly not getting power.

Like the title says. Its a 98 cherokee. 4x4 auto. I'm not getting power to my right rear brake light or the turn signal light but running light and reverse work. I put a volt meter on fuse 23 and I'm not getting any power through that when I apply the brake or turn signal/harzard. The fuse is fine and I already changed out the multifunction switch (turn signal switch)

Update changed the turn signal switch and the turn signal/ combination relay and still not getting power to the rear right turn signal or brake. Getting same amount of power to the fuses from left to right but not to the back. Any help would be appreciated

Got it all fixed. After changing the turn signal switch and relay. Got all the lights working again except the passenger rear. After finding out I wasn't getting power to that tail light. Pulled the jeep apart and walla the smart guy who owned it last cut the fenders and cut right into the harness
