Battery has power but It seems I have no power to my ignition switch. I had power the other day but the key still didn’t turn the starter over or make the fuel pump kick on. I cleaned all my grounds that I could find and hooked them back up and got power. So I jumped the starter relay and it cranked up and ran for about 10 seconds. I took my hand off the ground cable on the battery and it died and I haven’t been able to get anything to come on since except my headlights. Any advice that may help? 1996 manual transmission

I had this same issue. It turns out it was the neutral safety switch. While the Jeep is off shift it into neutral then back into park. Try cranking it again. Mine started right up.

I'd suspect the ignition switch under the column. They've been known to melt.

I replaced it nothing happened. I cleaned up my fuse block and got it to run for a few days. Drove it to work yesterday did fine no issues. On the way to work this morning I turned the heat and blower on high and it does immediately and wouldn’t do anything after that. Not sure where to look now.
