Need recommendations for a new motor
So the time is creeping up for me to start looking into new motors. My jeep has just hit the 300k mark,it's making some top end noise(so I think). But also at operating temperature at idle I get 5-8 psi oil pressure and while driving at highway speeds 45-60 mph I get anywhere from 20-39 psi at like 2,100 rpm. With that being said I would like to hear some recommendations from some people that have had a good experience with any reman motors.Ive found a few Titan motors,ATK motors, and the other is powertrain motors(don't quote me on the last one). But before I make that leap I'd like to hear what the concensus says.

Don't take this the wrong way, but are you a decent mechanic...two weekends if you have a donor block, you can rebuild yourself for half the cost of a crappy titan, but you need a halfway decent machine shop just to bore and hone your replacement block and verify the head is good. Its good practice and you know its built correct if you do it yourself. Replacement pistons crank cam and all bearings are less than 500 bucks and its 2 days to reinstall even for the newbies....I can turn an entire engine into complete parts in less than 3 hours... but ive done several...all turned into strokers...just a straight rebuild almost anyone can do but you need a hoist and engine stand... both 2-300 at harbor freight or pep boys...im sure all f that is less than a premade engine by a lot...what oil are you running for those numbers... 300 k is not over the top for a pre 2000 4.0

Unfortunately I'm under time restraints, and don't have time to do it myself. Also don't have a proper place to do install(the apartment management wouldn't be happy). On top of other things, I've taken that option into consideration in the past.
The oil im running this oil change a 15-40 Rotella which is thicker, but regardless im getting the same psi as I was running a 10-30
