It has been an on going problame for the past few monthes she can be driving along and then come up to a stop sign and as she starts to slow the jeep begins to spudder and dies. Then ysterday she was on the interstate doing 60 and it completly died on her. my buddy replaced the fuel pump two weeks ago befor he whent into the hospital and it ran fine till yesterday i was thinking maybe a cps could be goin skrewy on it like my 89 did but just want to get some advice befor i get home today to work on it i dont want to just start throwing parts at it but i realy need to get it figured out befor she makes the 2 hour drive back to see him tomarrow. Any other symptoms, like loss of lights etc when it died on interstate? And sudden death, or bucking and choaking first?
Several things can be in play, the CPS could be a possibility. On a background of sudden cut out: either no fuel or no spark, and a new fuel pump (brand?) has been installed, also check and refresh all grounds, check connections as a benchmark.

Those pressures look pretty good. Curious to see if the cps and cam sensor replacement fixed it. Good chance they have
