when I replaced mine it fix it fine,, are you tighting that up as much as you can? you might want to look at the other part instead of the regulator check were it goes maybe it has a diformity, or something that make it squirt out..

Ok scratch that I solved it...The new regulator didn't come with a new large o-ring..So when I put it on no seal..went back to the parts store and bought an oring to fit and walla worked like a charm....Now I tried the old regulator with the new oring and it still leaked just didn't spray everywhere..so regulator and oring were both bad...I will say this jeep didn't like starting after having no fuel for so long but once it started it fired just like before..

I would hope not then the whole fuel rail would need replacing..but I solved the issue was a lack of a second oring..These regulators have a tiny plastic ring then a rubber oring goes over that...My oring and regulator were both bad..anyways as above post I fixed it..

Nope I got my oring from Advanced Auto....The dealer part is nothing more then the big rubber oring for the largest diameter part of the regulator..Take it down to the parts store and find one that matches in diamater and buy it.I bought my o-ring for $0.69 where as the dealer wanted $12 for the same o-ring..o-rings are orings just come in different sizes..

The dealership or crown? If it's crown how much was it? That part number is the dealership number and yes it can be ordered for a whopping $12 or you can goto your local parts store and get it for less then a buck...I dunno which you all prefer but I prefer the cheaper option..
