Need some help with RE adjustable track bar. .
Ok so I still get some "pop" when I was rock crawling this weekend. Its really annoying and I feel that the track bar is going to break or the bracket is going to rip out of the frame. It used to "pop" alot more, but it still worries me. Any Ideas?

well, not trying to sound like a a$$, but did you check that all the bolts are tight? sometimes they can work themselves loose and pop when you turn. get under there and shake it to see if there is any play in it. i would also check the bushing and the heim joint to see what kinda shape they're in, if the bushing is worn out it will give the whole tb room to wiggle.
hope that helps

also if when installing you remember the bolt for the axle end either fitting snugg through the bracket hole or having some play....... if there was some play this could be what your also hearing.... maybe also check your coil bucket retainer clips for your coil springs..... sometime they get lose and your coil like to hop around when between articulations

is there a drop bracket that came with the track bar? which track bar is this, does it have a ball joint end, or superflex joint at the frame mount?
on mine, the superflex one with the drop bracket, my bolts came loose enough to creak when turning back and forth.
first, i just used an electric impact and hit those bolts on the drop bracket in the wheel well by the shock tower and cranked them super tight.
but it still made the pop noise, so i welded the bracket in place. no more pop.
