Will any name brand 75W-90 be fine for front and rear? Then what is recommended for the T-case? Dex III? And then how much would I need all together?

Cheers!
Dex/Merc III in the tcase (uses just over a liter so get 2 liters just in case)

I use Mobil 1 gear oil for differentials.

Dana 30 uses 1.66 liters
8.25 uses 2.08 liters

Depending on your usage and weather.

These are my choice

Differential

RTV ultra should be fine unless you prefer this

Transmission and TC

Any name brand 75W-90 will work.

If you have a Limited Slip Differential you will need to add 4-5 ounces of Friction Modifier in place of 4-5 ounces of gear oil.
i need to do my 96 sport as well. how do you find out if its a limited slip?

There should be a label inside the glove compartment, if not, this is how they look.
