I just had to cut 2 notches in the plastic strip that runs under the bumper so the bottom rails of the brush guard could attach to the brackets. No other cutting is needed and the brackets it mounts to mount with the bumper brackets to frame. If you have a 1997-2001 then you have to use their bolts and nuts in replacement of the factory ones. The 1984-1996 cherokees could still use the factory bolts

Bump...i've seen them fit well on a 97+

Def not a rockcrawler but they are pretty good at deer, brush etc.

yea u could chop it up and weld it to a steel fab bumper that would be sweet

I had one similar to this but I cut the sides off and made it a big *** bull bar, haha. I scrapped that and now run a prerunner.

I figured I would bump this thread rather than creating a new one. I have the brush guard seen in the photos but I don't have the mounts; someone mentioned Ram Offroad as a source for the mounts, but I can't find them via google, only people that carry their products. Can someone help me out with their contact info or tell me where else I can get the mounts?
