Default new cap and rotor now it runs like crap

Ok I replaced the cap and rotor and now the jeep idles super rough and hardly revs. I noticed the cap says 90-93 Mine is an 88. So im not sure if they are different or what. But the thing runs horribly. Not like its the firing order but just not right.

if it ran better before you put on the new parts, I would think that you put on the wrong parts or you put them on incorrectly. I would start over.

Check the rotor and make sure you have the tab on it down in the hole that keeps it aligned.
Next recheck your firing order that you have the plug wires in the right order.

Check the wire's for being in the wrong spot (firing order is most likily wrong)
