Default New Cherokee lots of questions!

Just picked up a new XJ today! Its a 94 2 dr. with 4.0 auto 231 transfer case. Its got 115k and has a D30 front and looks like a D35 rear..
Its pretty straight, but does have rocker and floor rust, but the frame looks solid. It also has a factory transfer case skid and gas tank skid!

First question it has the idiot gauges, I was looking at other posts and it looks like any 90-96 cluster will go right in after replacing the oil sending unit sensor and coolant temp sensor correct?

Second is the brakes.. They feel nothing like my 2000 or 98 were like.. I will check them tomorrow but was thinking a new MC/booster may be a good upgrade. I saw some posts for 99-02 WJ install but also saw that a 95-96 also is a improvement? If I can find a 95-96 at the junkyard tomorrow Do I need to get the whole booster/master cylinder assembly or just the MC to the old booster? Anything else I can do to upgrade them, other then just get a good set of Napa rotors and pads for the front, and I've never messed with drums so I will be learning on them soon!

For the roof I have three rust spots two are surface on the front corners and the other has a tiny hole through, whats the best way to patch this up?

Any write ups on rocker or floor repair? I though about welding in some 3/16" steel rockers as built rock rails, but thats just a though and would need some drawings and planning to get it to actually work.

And I know it has 5.25s in the front doors and it looks like it should have speakers in the trunk lid but there are not any there and there is not a sound bar, is there wiring already in the tailgate or in the ceiling for the sound bar?

Also what injectors do I need for the 94 H.O. motor? Neon, if so what years?

And lastly it has the rear wiper broken off, is this an easy fix?

I will going to the local pull a part as they have 8-9 88-96 Cherokees that should hopefully have some of the parts I need!
Also on the list to do: recharge the A/C, fix the passenger window (they are crank up but it doesn't go up easy) tow hooks, hitch, catback system, wheels and tires, roof basket, lights, lift, neon injectors, custom intake..
Also may be thinking of upgrading the rearend either with just an C8.25 or a D44 if I could find one.
I'm sure I will have lots more questions but this should work for now, thanks!

Well got a cluster out a 96, as well as the roof rack and cross bars, soundbar and booster/master cylinder as well as a spare tire holder and nice dark grey leather cover out a ZJ Limited!

Started on the rust repair and its worse then I originally thought... the PO was good at covering it up with very thin sheets of aluminum? and filler adhesived down and painted the factory color..
I am starting in the trunk area and am getting some 16G or 18G sheets to put down, I started cutting out the old stuff but now need to decide if I should weld it or use some panel adhesive and just seal it up like they use in the body shops now..
I would weld them but I got a Lincoln weldpak 100 running gasless flux core and am having a hard time learning on it and making solid clean welds compared to my buddies much bigger Lincoln that is running gas..
Any advice on this?
