New Cherokee Pics. Suggestions?
So I'm new to the Jeep world. I just bought a 98 Cherokee Sport with 103k miles on it. Its fully automatic and doesn't have a spot of rust on it. I snagged it for 1500 from the owner. (Felt like theft!) Anywho- here it is. I know I need to get 4 new tires for it, but what other "psuedo-necessary" upgrades and parts should I get?

First off welcome to Cherokee Forum glad you found us.
Second congrat on your Jeep.
Now what are your intentions. Do you plan any offroad or you just looking for it to be a daily driver.
Regardless of either one. You should change all the Fluids in this vehicle. The PO may say it just had a oil change or what not but I would still do one that way I am putting fluids I know in it. Don't use Fram Filters poor filtration. I would drain and refil the T-case and Diffs also since you don't know if they have ever been done. Drain and refill the tranny. Do a good Coolant Flush. This is just so you have a starting point for all maintenance and would be great for letting this jeep do another 100,000 miles.
Do a good inspection and if you find anything wrong let us know and we can help ya.
If ya plan on offroading it any. Start saving a lil. Not too expensive getting started but stuff does break and it is good to have some back up funds.

Thank you for the warm welcome.
Basing this off the info provided, I would say at the moment I'm not much of an "extra cash on hand" man, so I guess just general driving with some light off roading or screwing around would be my current Jeep interests.
Also, I had it fully inspected, filled with fluids, and had the oil changed. He said it was tip top. My next step is to sell my old POS and use that money to get 4 new good tires on it. Any suggestions there?
