Default New engine no spark

Hey guys,
I just installed a remanufactured engine in my 2000 jeep Cherokee over the weekend and am having trouble getting it running. It will turn over a few times and then it sounds like the starter gets really bogged down for a second and then it will do a few more turns and repeat. I pulled a spark plugs and it was wet with fuel, so it seams I'm not getting spark. I have a brand new coil pack on there. Not sure where to go from here
