damn with all my spot welds should of done solid beads. My welding still needs more practice.
I did all 4 pans on mine but the drivers side was the worst was not hard just time consuming as I did mine after work and on weekends...When I started was 92 degrees out side and was 43 degress when I got all done and put back together.
heres is my drivers side

They all broke as a matter of fact I would say about 85% of the bolts I have removed from mine broke no matter what I used...heat, kroiloil, or ATF/acetone

I on the other hand had no issues when I first removed my front seats other than one that snapped. Unless there is some major rusting going on, the larger of the 2 rears should free up but certainly shouldn't break on you. Just spray them up and leave them for a bit.

That area should be fine but these guys are pretty cheap and will reinforce that area if you are so inclined:

Fix it right the first time and you will never be worrying about it for the rest of your time owning it. Those spots of rust would not be a deal breaker for me.
As far as bolts being stuck, go look for WD-40 RUST PENETRANT, not the regular. That stuff works better than original wd40 on really rusted stuff. Soak it a couple times a day for like a week, and it should come loose.

For the front seats in a 95, if it's the same as my 95 then it's just a smaller bolt and a big stud with a nut on it.
I snapped the smaller bolt on both sides. It was rusted too badly to have possibly come out. I ended up drilling through, but in hindsight I would suggest drilling and tapping. There's a big **** of metal around the bolt and it was a pain and a half to go all the way through. Instead, I SHOULD have drilled and tapped, there's plenty of metal there and the "main" fastening is that big stud.
For the big stud, I truly expected to break it, but I just used some PB Blaster on it and it freed up.
