No crank, no start!

The last 2 times I started my 1994 jeep, it seemed to be struggling to start. Today it wouldn't do anything. Turned the key slightly and the lights, radio all came on. Tried to start and nothing. No clicking or trying to turn over. After that, turning key slightly didn't turn anything on, no lights or radio, just dead. I pulled out the battery and had it tested, it is not the problem. Not sure where to start looking or replacing parts. Any help would be great!

Start simple first. Have you checked all of your grounds? How old are the battery cables?

I have not, but I will start there. Honestly, the battery cables are probably factory. I got it about 6 years ago from its original owner and they did very little to it
