Default No electric - perfect battery

I have read through (I think) all the posts on this, and find nothing quite like my issue.

Issue: Everything will be fine, then I shut off the Jeep (2000 Cherokee 4L) for a minute or two or overnight, doesn't matter. Next attempt I have _no_ power. No lights, no door locks, ignition beep barely beeps (but it does beep, in a really sick way, so there is something getting through). Now, here is where it gets weird. It will continue like this unless I jump the battery, or remove and replace the battery (which is fully charged - I had it tested). OR it just comes back when it feels like it. As in, I walk away in frustration and come back and all is good (its like it just wants attention and then feels sorry for me). This happens sometimes once a day, other times not for (literally) months.

Attempts: Obvious - bad terminals. Nope, not only clean, but I even replaced them just in case. Same issue. Bad ground - not that I can see or find, no amount of pulling, tugging, or otherwise annoying grounds kicks in the power. Bad fuse or relay - not fuse, all checked. All relays pulled and cleaned, didn't go so far as to buy all new and replace.

So it happened two days ago. Got sick of screwing around and called in a pro. He asked me to have the battery checked before he arrives. I explained that doing so will solve the problem. "Impossible". Yup, he arrives, the battery is on the driveway, he puts it in and it is fine. He spends an hour doing a lot of what I did, and then some other electrical testing and says that I'll have to call him when it dies next, he can't find the problem until it is a problem. Of course, I'll probably be an hour from home.

Any suggestions? Remember, this is not starting related. When it is dead, everything is dead. Take the key out, and everything is still dead.

Thanks!
