See if you have continuity (use your ohmmeter) from pin 57 on the 60 pin connector to the coil connector...this is the dark green/orange wire.

Okay, a little confused. How do I know which pin is which? Do I need to have the key on? Is this while cranking? Aso, do I need to have one lead on the pin on the computer and the other on the corresponding "hole" on the plug? Sorry, just never done this before. Thank you so much for your help!

So, I tried the Voltmeter and got nothing on what I beleive to be pin 57.

I hooked one lead into the plug and the other onto the actual pin with nothing. I also tried it while cranking and still same result. I pulled the cover off where the wire comes into the plug and found the green and orange wire. I was the 4th from the right on the bottom of the plug. I am assuming this is the pin you were referrin to as 57.

Did I test this corectly or is there another way?

I don't know what I was thinking when I read this. I just checked the "resistance"/continuity of the wire and it was good. 00.0 so the wire is good.

Pin 60 will be at one of the corners of the connector, pin 57 will be 3 pins away, the dark green/orange wire will go to pin 57. You want to make sure you have continuity between this pin and the pin on your coil connector that the dark green/orange wire goes to. Check this with the ohms function on your multimeter. The test leads on the meter will attach to one to each connector. Do not turn on the key, do not crank the engine.

OK, now check continuity from pin 57 to the ASD relay socket in the power distribution box under the hood. Pull the relay and go to position 87 (nearest the fuse). There should be a marking on the relay somewhere indicating 87. There should be continuity between pin 57 and ASD position 87 in the power distribution fuse box. Got to run out for a while...see you later.

From the ignition control module (ICM) (passenger side mounted to the wheel well under the hood)
there is a wire that runs to the bottom of the distributor! Unplug that & try to start it!
If it starts up plug it back in & the idel will calm back down!!! Idk y but it worked on mine! Lol

Good to hear you got it going...sometimes these things clear themselves during troubleshooting due to a slightly loose connection as may have been the case here. Good luck.

Before you do ANYTHING else check/change your CPS.(crankshaft position sensor).

Apparently I was wrong. I have not drove the jeep in a couple of days and went to go crank it tonight and it cranked fine. Ran for about 30 seconds and died. Now it is doing the same thing as before. Any ideas?
