No power to fuses 15, 17, 19

no fuel pressure, only 6 volts going to pump. Any ideas?

Check the fuel pump relay and also you might want to clean up the ground at G301. Those are the 2 most common issues.

You could also unplug C108 and see if there's corrosion in there:

Solved ... it was a shorted ignitiion switch
