No Spark!

30amp fues is a large fuse to be blowing... it means you have a serious problem. putting in a 40A in not the solution, it may have just caused you much bigger problems now.
If you had no fuel pressure (fuel pump) and no spark (ignition) then the next place to check is the ASD relay, if you have one. What year was this vehicle again?

it could. If a circuit is trying to complete it's path to ground and that ground has picked up a large amount of resistance (from being loose, corroded, or missing and it's trying to connect back through another component) then that will cause the circuit to draw more current- possibly blowing a fuse.

fixed it a wire to the fuel pump was broke gounding it out on the frame causeing the engine control fuse to blow which was the reason for no spark. thanks everyone for you input!
