No spark or voltage at sensors

Default No spark or voltage at sensors

I have 1997 jeep Cherokee 4.0 6 cylinder. I can't get any spark,also I have no voltage to any sensors.it does turn over but no spark,I've changed ignition coil and relays and fuses,any suggestions?how can I trouble shoot pcm?

did it run good then just die? any work done recently?
i go to the last place work was done,something changed

It was running then parked for 2 years, now turns over and no spark also no voltage to sensors,no voltage to fuel injectors,I've changed all relays and fuses,also rear 02 sensor wires were exposed and possible shorted underneath but I did cut back and repair wires,also no codes showing on dash

Are you checking for 5 volts at the Orange wires at the sensors with the key to ON/RUN?


Do you see the voltmeter and fuel quantity indication with key to ON/RUN?


Do you see "NO BUS" in the odometer?


Try disconnecting the CPS and see what you get.
