Default No Start After Accident

I got into an accident and the front end was damaged (airbag did not go off). The Jeep is back from the body shop but will not start. Originally I got a “no bus” and no crank, I found a ground that was not attached to the driver side fender and bolted it in. Now it cranks but wont start, I get the “no bus” after cranking or leaving the ignition on for 10 seconds. I have fuel coming to the rail, tested grounds, resistance is good. The horn fuse is good. Any ideas on why it wont start?

The washer fluid reservoir is not hooked up. I have 3 sets of wires hanging down in that area, I can identify 2 of the sets as going down to the reservoir but cant identify the third set. Those are the only wires I can see that are not hooked up.

Year? If it's on older Renix maybe those wires are supposed to go to the ballast resistor, although that would typically start and then die quickly.

If the damage was in the left front where the ecu is, there might be damage to it or the wiring harness.
