Swaped the relay to the starter relay and gave it a go, just to try the relay, and it works the relay is ok. Then checked for continuity in all the terminals, and they seem ok. Im I doing it right? I tested the terminals and continuity on fuse F6 to ECM pins 9 and 51, and Fuse and Fuse F2 to ECM pin 51...

How about continuity between pins 9 and 51? There should be some resistance due to the relay but from what you've tested, I'd imagine this would also check out fine.
Fuse 2 - 30A and Fuse 14 - 20A. Check for equal voltage on both sides of each fuse. I've had a fuse look good but had a hairline fracture making bad contact.
Check ASD relay socket output pin to PCM pin 57 for continuity.
