definitely check battery cables and grounds. have the battery Load tested. test the starter multiple times, they can pass without actually being ok, even if it gives a green light dont be sold until that start fires up your vehicle. you can jump your starter with a battery and check to see if it engages outside of the vehicle.
do your headlights dim at all when trying to start, any click, clicks?

SOLVED
It was the clutch safety sensor, it was slightly out of position. AAGHHH!!
This took me forever to diagnose. It was only after i had the battery load tested (passed the test) and replaced the starter (starter seemed locked-up during the bench test) that I was sure it wasn’t those components. So I looked again to the CSS. I wasn’t able to find any broken wires and the switch looked operational. But I started pushing the clutch pedal to see if it showed me anything and that’s when I pulled the clutch pedal. I noticed that the CSS ever so slighly came away from the firewall when the pedal was lifted. It was just ever so slightly unseats from its position. I must have bumped the clutch pedal at some point getting out of the cab.
So I just repositioned the CSS back into its seat and she fired right up!! Like others said, check your CSS. Not just its wiring, also make sure it’s in the right freaking place.
