I do see where I mistyped now. My apologies. I went and did some more checking. I retested fuse 19 in the junction block and found that it does have 12v when key is turned to start. Tested ignition switch and everything checked out with 12v where needed. Went back to the pdc and tested ohms on two of the left pins. One read 0 and the other read 6ohms which as I understand is a bit high. Tested the other pin for voltage and came back with nothing at start. Used a jumper to see if the starter was fried, and determined it is still in working order. What me and brother and law thing we have narrowed it down to is a wire between the pdc and the junction block.

Let me know if you think I may have missed something or overlooked something. If I do not find an issue between the pdc and the junction block I will be sure to check the NSS

Is very much at odds with this statement:

A fuse cannot "ha[ve]" amps. It's very difficult to sort things out if you do not use the correct terms.

As I said in the comment directly above this one, I see I made a mistake and typed a instead of V. Like I said, I understand amps and volts quite well, my typing skills are not as good as my electrical ones. For that I apologize. For your incapacity to read the previous comments, I do not.

That was a ****ty thing to say to people who are trying to help you, with your problem. Not their problem. Don’t quite understand how being rude is going to get these people to continue to help.

still have not figured out exactly what is wrong. Looking at replacing the yellow/red wire that goes to a pin on the starter relay in the pdc to junction block. I took the pdc apart and found the wire, but am having trouble locating it on the junction block. Also not sure what the best method of replacing the wire would be since i cannot get my soldering gun out to the jeep and since the connectors for the wire seem to be a pain. Would it be possible to just cut the wire and twist a new one on and heat shrink them together or just use a crimp connector.

Wait, did you pulled the fuse and the relay and test for continuity between the 2 points or did you just measure for voltage?
