Ok guy I have a 95 cherokee and my whipers are not work any one have a diagram for the fuse or anything or ideas thanks guys

Could be a bad motor, or a bad switch. I would start by checking for voltage at the switch, if its good then check at the motor. That should at least give you an idea where the problem is.

If you dont have power with the key on, I would start checking fuses, and wires.

Delay module can also burn out .

It's a circuit breaker at the bottom of the fuse block under the dash, an easy place for a big foot to kick it loose. Check and see if you have voltage at both sides of the circuit breaker.
