Noise from clutch?

Model: Cherokee (XJ)
Engine: 4.0 I6
Noise from clutch?
When I press the clutch pedal it makes a loud clicking/rattling noise when I let off the clutch the noise goes away. After I start driving the it doesn't make the noise, it's only when I first start the car. Any advice?
