Default Noise/whistle After new belt and pulleys

Ive Just put on a new belt, PS pulley, idler pulley.
Now She idles well the squeak at idle Is gone.
When i accelerate t'ho, She whistles quite loud, i can't locate the origin but Is def the engine front... Could It be a tensionig/ alignment issue? I can't seem to be able to tighten the belt more than this but ain't so stiff.... Ive noticed also that the new PS pulley could have been pushed a millimiter more in.... But hey the squeak Is kinda loud....

Try checking the bolt/stud at the end of the valve cover on drivers side closest the firewall
Put a socket on there and try to tighten it
I had a crappy howl from there and its been gone since

It was an aligment issue
My new PS pulley wasn't pushed in and aligned all the way... Apparently a mill or 2 make a difference when It comes to belt squeals and whistles.
I was worried (and I still am to an extent) that pushing the ps pulley too far in on the stud would be bad. Now since the big whistling started unpon changing pulleys and belt, I have pushed and pushed the pulley half an hair at a time and noticed slight emprovement of the whistle. Unfortunately now the ps pulley Is to far in to see my clearence with the pump... I still get some squeal but Is under control...
Maybe I am worried about nothing and I could actually push the pulley all the way till knocking the pump body without troubles?
