I have a 91 xj. Dana 30, JCR otk steering, iron rock track bar, 35" Goodyear mtr tires, 2 inch wheel spacers, front mechanical locker, Durango steering box. Now to what's going on, I've been getting death wobble whenever I hit a bump at speeds between 25 aND 45. My ball joints were replaced over a year ago. I'm tired of using a stabilizer to mask the problem. I have a 6 inch lift with 6* of caster. Just replaced hub units 1 week ago. Put a straight edge on each wheel mounting surface and put the toe in 1/8 of an inch. Track bar is tight with washers exact size of bolt welded so bolt has no movement, all steering has been retorqued last weekend as well. I got the steering brand new 6 to 8 months ago and it was happening every once in a while so I know it's not the steering. What are your thoughts?

It's your JCR steering. I had it on my ZJ with a four inch lift and it wasn't drivable because the bump steer and death wobble were so bad. I went back the stock system with a drop pitman arm and it's 98% better.

It was happening before the steering upgrade. Which led to the upgrade.
