Sometimes my jeep doesn't start in park, but it starts in neutral. Today it didn't start in both but started after I shifted in and out of N a bunch of times. I think the problem lies in the TPS or is it NSS? How would I go about fixing it?

Be somewhat gentle prying it off. The backside is plastic, and the nut that tightens on the shaft is threaded onto aluminum. Here's the other video on removing it.
