The nut is probably at least a 21mm bolt, and it wouldn't surprise me if its something larger than that.

for the u-joint straps do this: https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f51/re...version-28141/

You won't regret it.

Hey there.. thanks for the offer! I did some calling around today (yesterday-Monday), and found one at the local dealer. $5.. not bad considering But I greatly appreciate the offer.

I do love this forum. My truck will be up and running soon. and its been quite the long wait.

I will post pics of the first daylight its seen in 4.5 years! Life has a way of putting the things you selfishly care about on the back burner... I am sure you understand that as "Its a Jeep thing" (to me), refers the the selflessness exhibited by your offer.. but the day is nearing and I CANT WAIT!!

Thank you again for your help..

Oh thanks.. I like the idea of treating ppl how I like to be treated.. or paying it forward.. whichever way you want to look at it. And you seem to have the same mindset! What can I say other than Keep Jeepin.. it good for the soul!

All my best,

Tom
