Rumble is usually driveline problems, like u-joints or pinion angle. Shake is usually steering problems or tire balance.
If you don't feel a rumble from the loose slip joint then that's not the problem.
Rear sounds like driveshaft or pinion angle problem to me, even though you say its more of a shake. Did you install shims along with the SYE? With CV driveshaft, the pinion has to point at the transfer case output.

Sorry for the delay. One quick question. So I had my rear driveshaft rebuilt and ever since then it's been very difficult to install it due to it being slightly longer than before. I am having to jack up the crossmember slightly to allow the u joint to fit into the yoke on my differential. Could this be causing the vibes possibly? And when I described my shake/vibration. I should say that it's a shake in my feet. The wheels/tires have been checked off of the list completely. I have had driveshaft problems before and it is the exact same vibration.

You should be able to compress the driveshaft enough by hand to get it into the u-joints. If you can't do that then it is very likely putting pressure on one or both yokes
