Seems like it.
My buddy in Norway couldn't find one of the 4 he needed for his '00.
My old store, Napa, or our local warehouse didn't have one in stock either but one of the closer out of state warehouses did.
So I ordered it for him, took a day to get it, and sent it to him.

My year takes the 099 and 151 models.
A local napa was able to source these through much digging, one store recommended Denso. Are these of good quality and do they play well with jeeps? Bosch he said are garbage for jeeps, the do not play well.

The ebay link says part 23131 will be used in place of 23151. I can't find anything on the ntk website that says this replaces the 23151 part.

Speaking with napa their system listed part ntk23151 as obsolete. Well shoot.

I just called my Napa and Fresno CA has 2 according to the computer.
Guessing you are in CO and I doubt something from the Fresno warehouse can be shuttled but not sure.
Shuttled means you wouldn't have to pay shipping charges.
Doesn't mean they still can't get it.
Just means you would have to pay shipping if that is the case.
By the way I don't think that other number would substitute so.....

No, NTK only. i tried those routes as well since i was in the middle of nowhere and a rat chewed through the wires of mine at a motel and got cels. ntk only no bosch or denso. denso is usuallyfor japanese cars and bosch is euro cars.

Might becon a call to ntk if they stopped making these. I don't know what a good second choice is for our jeeps. I have a ntk upper and actually a bosh downstream currently, it's been in there for many years and no issues, but I don't know if factory o2s would read better. Hopefully these new sensors will get a little better mpg as well.
