Okay, who knows where I can find those elusive 5/16-20 nuts used on the battery tray hold down studs?

I get that deer in the headlights look from the dealer. They have no clue. The harder it is, the more stubborn I become.

5/16 - 18 and 5/16 - 24 is all i'm familiar with... its really 5/16 x 20??? wow

Buy some 5/16" threaded rod, bend them yourself? (Advantage: You can also positively stick them in place at the bottom, so you don't have them fishing/swimming around whenever you install or remove your battery... AND, you now know you're using a standard pitch.)
