Odd noise, shift solenoid?

Odd noise, shift solenoid?
Couldn't find anything close to this on the forums
Higher pitched but not loud squeak then goes away just before the transmission shifts
The lighter on the throttle it holds it just a bit longer but still stops a moment before the shift
I believe it is only doing this on the third to overdrive shift
The jeep in question is a 1996 Cherokee classic with the 4.0
