Odd overheating issue

It's not that it's failing. If it and the radiator are clogged with paint air flow is at least restricted if not completely blocked not allowing the antifreeze to be cooled and auto trans fluid to be cooled.

After reading all of this, I'm going to replace the radiator and maybe add an aux fan. I think I should also notify Macco of this inconvenience as well. Thanks for all of fall's help. Much obliged.

Sounds like radiator cap not holding pressure. All cooling system get hotter right after shutting down. As water is not circulating and being cooled anymore. System holds pressure so coolant boiling temp is higher.

You would be surprised. They painted my windows, and forgot to put the wheel covers on. After bringing the jeep back like 4 times, they told me to "tell my friends to come have theirs done"........
