If you want me to help, it would be shipping from MA (east coast of U.S.). I hope this translates correctly-- I am very ignorant of shipping and tax policy... I recall one must "declare a value" when shipping to E.U.... Value is very subjective.. What one person pays one day may be very different than what they honestly consider the "value" the next day. So that is something to consider when making any such choice.
You could do a leakdown test and see if you get bubbles. Some compression testers have fitting you can connect an air hose to. It does sound like a failed head gasket and possibly a cracked head. Do you smell coolant inside the Jeep? You may have a failed heater core as well.
I will have her to a shop and ask for a leakdown test but in order to do that i have to put the car in traffic and if i do that i have to pay almost 900 dollars in traffic taxes... Sweden in the Kingdom of taxes 😃

Man thats kind of you offering help like that. I was looking at quadratec for a new head today but i Will wait to order till I know for sure i have a bad head. The shipping will of course be expensive but the worst thing living in Sweden is the taxes and import fees. If the head cost 500 and shipping costs another 500 i will have to pay almoast 30 % in taxes with shipping cost included! Thats crazy! crazy!

I just resently bought 5 new Mickey Thompson rims from quadratec USA and had them shipped to me. It was with everything included expensive but still cheaper than buying them in Sweden from a seller here. Maybe saved me 200 dollars but the main reason buying them from USA was that all shops were out of stock in Sweden and I really wanted the classic iii for my YJ.
We do have taxes on cars. Each state is different, but most things are similar and you can drive in other states with your home state license.
MA is known for high taxes but our neighbor NH is known for low taxes.
It is the same idea I believe, you don't pay taxes on a car, you can drive it on private property with no license or special tax. People do this on farms (large private land) or jeeps built only for off-road. The off-road jeeps are towed to private land so they don't need to have emissions and safety features.
once you "put it in traffic" (we would say "put it on the road", you can drive it on public roads, but it must pass your state inspection and have legal paperwork which is a kind of tax. You also must have a license, usuually insurance, and must not drive intoxicated.
In MA we pay a tax every year for each registered vehicle. It is based on a math formula using the original retail price and a percentage that gets lower each year until the mimimum of 10 percent. My Jeep and my family car arer both old enough to be at this minimum and work out to about $50 US in tax each year just for having them. We also have a strict inspection for safety each year, registration fees each 2 years and mandatory insurance that if any one of those is not OK means we can't dfive on the public roads.

It's defiantly a possibility that the head is cracked but what about the inner trans cooler leaking fluid into the coolant? You mention the old radiator so I assume it's been replaced so it's probably unlikely but just a thought.

It sounds to me a thing like that would be easy to build? Just a short pipe with the right treads to fit in to the sparkplug holes. How high preassure of air is applied av when testing?
A test where you check the coolant for exhaust should also be helpful right?
i got the rear shocks mounted before getting to bed last night and a switch for the fan is ready. I just woke up now and im going to take the XJ for moose hunt today. I will post a update during the day.
Have'nt had time in the garage lately. No moose by the way. We had almost 3" of snow a week back but then I had my Jeep ideling for 20mins and all the snow disappeared which made huntig harder🙂
Update om the jeep. I will take it to a shop to have coolant tested for exhaust. And also preassure test the cooling system for leakage. The moist in the car is really bad though. Even the back windows. There is no wet carpets and the air is really hot with no traces of coolant. The car had been sitting for like four years out on a lawn due to cracked radiator. The jeep was even a bit moulded in steering wheel and belts.
Is there a chance of water coming down that funnel like air intake in front of the wind shield due to debris, lots of rain, snow and what not that caused water in maybe a cabin filter causing this wet problems inside the cabin?
If this amount of moist (a lot) whould be caused by a leak in a heater core would'nt the carpets be very wet?

I topped up the overpreassure tank with about 1 litre of just water yesterday so i am loosing coolant. I think i have a small leak in the upper radiator hose so i am going to put a better clamp there.
Is there some draining holes in the "box" under the wipers that could be clogged Up?
Where is the cabin filter located? I have'nt found a good DIY clip yet but i guess it's behind a panel on the passenger side?
There is no cabin filter per se. There is a foam screen on the evaporator:

I mention this because last week I noticed a pile of disintegrating black foam coming out of my upper vents. But hot air still coming out, so no intention of taking the box out.
