I'm usually not one to say it but..... theres tons of threads like this just search in google.
Zj (4.0) sold at 171k
Xj blew piston skirt at 160ish
Zj motor that's in the xj now 155ish
Friends 99 and 98 xjs 196k and 148k
Imo
With general maintance 300k is more then possible.

2000 Freedom 149000 miles and still looks very nice, runs excellent
2000 SE 130000 miles and same
1999 Classic 114000 miles has some rattles that need attention but otherwise is very good.
