Also, looks like that bearing number is not too hard to source online, one guy said he used a metal blind from a window and wrapped the inside twice to make the bolt fit snug, it's just a 1mm I.D. difference. Looks like it's a 2 door show down lol

I run a 33 on mine. Not very safe or sturdy. I only put it on when I need the cab space for wheeling trips.

i guess my only down side will be having to relocate license plate.
i think i will go with 30's and be done with it. bigger than whats on it, and give it a 2-3" lift. just to help with some ground clearance. but right now, i think i get to figure out what the deal is with the trans

If you are planning on incorporating the carrier into the bumper you want to make I'm sure you can make it stronger too, one of the downfalls is the weaker sheet metal bumper itself.

yeah, that was my thoughts as well. thinking bout going with 6" sq tubing with probably 3/16 or 1/4" wall. i know i can make a sturdy bumper without adding a whole lot of weight.

3/16 should be plenty, that's what most aftermarket bumpers are. I've thought that if I ever crush my rear spare I'll buy something like Aresfab's bumper and bolt it up, would just have to cut out the latch square and bolt the bracket.
