I don't think you will find new parts for that but you can try
https://deadjeep.com/
and you have to keep checking to see if they get what you need in and there is eBay also .

Little unclear by what you mean when you say mounting brackets so going to assume you mean the base.
Manual or power seat bases would have to be bought used.
If you need just seat cover's, not the foam just the cover itself, while not cheap these guys should have what you need.

Pick and pull nation wide search....
https://row52.com/Search/?YMMorVin=Y...se&Distance=50
you may narrow this down by zip code for pick and pulls near you
Several year models may be same for seats for you, other may have that info, perhaps a year 2000 is same as 2001 for seat???
Reasonably priced too.
I got my self some 1990 front seats from a two door xj, they are perfect fit in my 4 door xj, look identical to that in my 1990, but two door seats tilt forward, which is why I got them to put into my jeep. forward folding gives me room to sleep in the back, and makes retrieving things near behind the seat easy from the front doors.
I found that the seat covers can be easily swapped.
Often wrecker seats are dirty, or torn. often it is driver seat which is worse, but you can swap the covers from left to right seats if need be. You may end up buying a set of seats, then buying different covers. the foams can also be swapped.
good luck.
ps whats the story, your seats stolen? Broken?
I have welded broken seat frames, easy job for a welder if you remove the covers and foam for them.
note on link, I set it to search up thru year 2000, you may change it to up through 2001. my bad.
