You're Jeep is a '95 right?
Cause thinking it matters.
I could trace '97 and up ones. Would have to tape a few pieces of paper together for each one.
Cause they are longer and pretty sure wider then 8 1/2" X 11".
But don't see the tracing being helpful for a '95.
Cause on a '97 and up they are "form fitting" of a sort.
Wrap around the fender flare in front and bumper cap in the back.
Also I just noticed you mentioning looking for "tow bar brackets".
Do you mean tow hook brackets?
And if so the big ones that the tow hook is bolted too?
Or the 2 different support pieces that are part of the set up?

I'm looking for something, anything to work with so I can make flaps that look....not generic. Keep the gravel from eating the paint on my rocker panels.
I have three different tow bars. Ideally I'd like to find a pair of Towmaster brackets. Those flush up behind the factory plastic under bumper " air dam". Just cut two holes and I'm in like Flynn. With those I could switch between tow bar and tow hooks/shackles.
So I got them traced.
Here is a picture of a couple of them.
Traced with the side up you see in the picture.
I never noticed this but they do not lie flat.
So I did the best I could tracing them.
Might not be exact.
Know how the angle you hold the pen at determines where the line is drawn?
Also small deformities in the mud flaps making the pen move a little out of place here and there.
Since they do not lie flat marking the holes was a little challenging.
Trying to get a pen in there. So I did the best I could.
Holes are about a 1/4" in diameter.
Will PM you when I get them mailed.
For everyone wondering.Generic mud flaps are square look generic scream cheap and they catch the eye. Factory mud flaps are designed with the vehicle, are much less eye caching and look more integrated if they do get noticed.
I want to copy them to keep the gravel off my rocker panels and lower rear quarters without spoiling the rugged awesome good looks of the XJ that makes is such a work of art they should park one in the Louvre. Perfect opportunity to upgrade the Mona Lisa by putting it in the driver seat, but I'm digressing.
