Loosen the screws. Rotate the sensor to get the proper values.

will do tomorrow, thank you. also there seemed to be an exhaust leak at the end of exhaust manifold thn begining of exhaust pipe. will this effect my co2 readings? furthermore, it seems to build up enough pressure for exhaust or something to come out of the bottom part of the pcv valve on the front of the valve cover. rather than go through the pcv into the air filter area. its been a pretty nice crash course into the mechanics of this vehicle so far....

The pressure is not from the exhaust coming out of the valve cover. That is most likely pressure created by restricted lines in the CCV system. Be sure the orifices in the valve cover are not restricted/plugged and that the lines themselves flow air freely.

Here we go... jk if you want an in depth explanation search ccv or pcv.... we've had some heated discussions. It's constant crankcase ventilation. Instead of a pcv valve it draws constant vacuum through a metered orfice at the end of that little plastic tube.

CCV system is the combination of pipes and hoses from the intake manifold to the valve cover and valve cover to air cleaner. What you were referring to as PCV.

back again
ok, still have to switch out the tps... waiting fer money. but i still have yet to get a good reading coming from the pcm to the 02 sensor and also to the cps. the 02 should have been like 4.5v but i can only read like 2 and on the cps from pcm i read 5.2 when it should receive approx 8v. does this indicate a bad pcm? how does one reset the pcm? i have switched out the 02 sensor and read that any time u replace a sensor the pcm needs to be reset...i am still wonderin bout the code i got a 51 52 rich/lean air mixture. how can it contradict itself like that? i got really good vacuum pressure too...it seems to bog down when its all connected yet when i take off the map sensor line and let it run sucking air it seems to run more constant...i was thinkin maybe it was a crankshaft position sensor as it does regulate timming for the fuel injection and rpms which led me to check the connector to the crankshaft position sensor, that voltage was 5.2v where it should b approx. 8v. maybe a bad pcm?....also i got a code 34 off the cel. which indicates speed control solenoid circuits, an open or shorted condition detected in the speed control vacuum or vent solenoid circuits. hope this is my answer to gettin on the road again

pcm
k. i took apart the pcm and found dust and some dirt n stuff. i cleaned the pins and the connector. there were many cracks in the gel stuff. the reason i took it apart is cause i dont get a correct reading from the pcm to the cps connector or to the 02 sensor connector. pcm to crankshaft position sensor is 5.2v where it should be approx. 8v. does this indicate a bad pcm or does it need to be reset? then i also got a 34 cel reading which indicates a open or shortened condition detected in the cruise control vacuum or vent solenoid circuits..i have no idea what they are refering to here....please help
