Default Oil coming out exhaust

Hello i have a 98 jeep cherokee and latley is has been having stalling right after it starts. Then I try again and its fine.. today I noticed black stuff ( seems like oil) coming out the exhaust.. also is a lot of what looks and seems like water.. more than wud usually coming out.. it smells a little oily but the exhaust is not white or black...any ideas of what could be wrong? Gasket of some sort? Also no check engine

You sure it's not just water that's colored with carbon? I know the inside of my exhaust system is coated in a nice layer of carbon, and sometimes the water coming out picks up a bit of a tinge from it.
