That sounds like your problem. It could wait but, I would check/replace it. They are 30-40 bucks and are easy to change. Normally, your guage should read 30-40 at idle and 50-60 on accel.

check your oil level. for some reason mine was reading crazy high, and I checked my oil level and it was about 3qts low due to oil filter adapter housing o-ring was leaking.
topped oil off and went back down to normal pressure
your probably thinking, wouldnt the oil pressure drop if there was a leak? thats what I would think too, but those were my symptoms. check it out

How hard is that o ring to replace mine leaks I checked.the dip stick and its reading ok . Do you check the oil with the jeep running or off?

Check with Jeep off, and its not bad, its kinda a pain the way the bolt is. and all the room they give you to work with lol. but your best bet is to get the o-ring kit from chrysler. its like 5 bux (3 o-rings). I got my first kit from orielys, i had it back apart with in a week puttin the chrysler seals in due to leakage.

Take it eazy man no need to get mad buddy I tryed the seach and I got nothing to answer my question. Not all of us are expert mechanic . I thought this site was to help others out and have fun doing it ?
